The Bet9ja VIP Club benefits are operated by KC Gaming Networks Limited (trading as “Bet9ja”). Participation is open for Bet9ja Account holders, by invitation only and is based on the Customer’s Account activity and subject to Customer’s compliance with the General Terms and Conditions*. User’s membership entails the assignment of the VIP status that will be determined by the User’s gaming activity over certain period of time. The eligibility for Bet9ja VIP Club membership is determined solely by Bet9ja at its sole discretion and the VIP status may change at any time (both as a promotion and demotion) at Bet9ja’s sole determination. The User may request not to participate in Bet9ja VIP Club at any time by sending an email to vip@bet9ja.com
The User will be contacted by Bet9ja’s dedicated VIP team, who will provide the details of the User’s VIP status. The User will have access to their dedicated VIP manager at all times to discuss the VIP status, any of the benefits that may have been provided to the User by Bet9ja and any Account related activity. Benefits for the purposes of these terms and conditions will include any offers, gifts, promotional offers or hospitality experiences Bet9ja may recommend or offer to the User as part of the User’s participation in Bet9ja VIP Club.
Any benefits as may be provided to the User with the VIP status are non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash. Any bonus allocations to the Account, if any, shall be subject to the General Bonus Promotions Terms and Conditions and do not form part of the benefits.
Bet9ja does not guarantee any specific performance or benefit to be allocated and/or provided to the VIP User. The User agrees that his/her personal data may be used for the purposes of obtaining the benefit and any part of the benefit that is provided by third party and Bet9ja will share such data only pursuant to the terms and conditions of its Privacy Policy. The User may be required to take part in publicity and by accepting the benefit agrees that Bet9Ja (or any third party nominated by Bet9ja) may use the User’s name, voice, likeness or image and the User’s comments related to the VIP status and/or the benefit.
Neither Bet9ja nor any of its affiliated companies, their respective directors, employees, officers or agents shall be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damage) suffered or sustained or arising out of in connection with the benefits offered and accepted by the User. The benefits shall be at all times subject to the terms and conditions of the third party provider of the benefit. In the event any benefit cannot be utilised due to any action taken by the third party provider of the benefit pursuant to the terms and conditions that apply to such benefit, the User may contact Bet9ja VIP manager for assistance. At no time Bet9ja shall be liable for any expenses or costs associated with the receiving, utilising or re-arranging of the benefit. On receipt of the benefit, whatever form the receipt may have (for the purposes of example, tickets, a gift), the User shall have no claim upon Bet9ja for the benefit.
Bet9ja reserves the right to suspend or terminate the eligibility to participate in Bet9ja VIP Club and/or maintain the VIP status at any time and at its sole discretion and in the event of the breaches of the General Terms and Provisions and any associated rules. Bet9ja can review transactional records at any time. If upon such review it appears that the Users or any one combination of the Users are participating in the strategies such as collusion, unlawful or improper activity, or any form of fraudulent practice, Bet9ja reserves the right to terminate the VIP status and/or the Account immediately and take any such action as may be required or permitted under the law and in any event under the General Terms and Conditions.
Bet9ja reserves the right to amend or cancel the Bet9ja VIP Club or amend these terms and conditions (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other reason by giving the eligible participating Users reasonable notice in advance of the change, unless the change is in User’s favour, in which case no notice will be provided. Bet9ja shall not be liable for any damages, loss or injury however arising as a result of the cancellation or amendment as stated in the foregoing.
These terms and conditions or dispute regarding the validity or eligibility of participation in Bet9ja VIP Club shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
The minimum stake Stadium bet to start earning points for the program is ?50,000 The min stake to start earning points is N 100,000 for the following products: Sportsbook, Zoom, League, Races, Simulate.
The min stake to start earning points is N 200,000 for all Casino products

Correct Score could be a single, it would still earn the same amount points as a multiple consisting of 3 to 5 events
