Scratchcards (Mobile)
The Game
Scratchcards is an online version of the traditional all-time favourite game where the goal of the player is to match the hidden symbols by scratching away the surface from the scratchcard. The game has been spiced up and now features various game models to choose from – Hat Tricks, Bee Happy, Funky Monkey, 49 Scratch and Top Prize. The stake amounts and possible winnings depend on the selected game type.
Starting the game
When entering the game, the player is presented with a roll of scratchcards to choose from. These are arranged in price bands ranging from ?50 to ?10,000. The higher the price of the single card, the higher the top prize in the event of winning. Each game type comes with two price tags – a lower and a higher one.

To begin the game, press ‘Buy Card’. This option will action the purchase of 1 card as defined by the values shown in the Price” field.
How to play
- Select the game type/scratchcard of your preference and click the ‘Buy’ button. One scratchcard will be purchased and the single stake amount – reflected on the screen – will be removed from your available balance.
- Reveal the symbols on your card by either scratching away the surface from each individual card or by pressing ‘Reveal all’.
- If you lost, the following message will be displayed: ‘Better luck next time’.
- If you win, the following message will be displayed: ‘Congratulations! You have won XXXXXX’.
- If you want to re-play the same game, simply press ‘Buy Again’.
- If you want to try another game type, scroll down, select another scratchcard, and repeat the steps.
Winning Bets
The Winning Bet type depends on the type
of the selected game. Each symbol comes with a price tag, and the winning
amount depends on the price of the winning symbol.
Hat Tricks: A winning bet only
occurs when the player matches any three out of the nine symbols. The symbols
do not have to appear within the same line.
Bee Happy: A winning bet only occurs when the player matches three symbols in a line. The amount of the prize is displayed in on the price tag on the right side of the scratchcard.
Funky Monkey: A winning bet only occurs when the player matches any two symbols in a line. The amount of the prize is displayed in on the price tag on the right side of the scratchcard.
49 Scratch: A winning bet only occurs
when the player matches a number from the left side of the scratchcard, with
the winning single number on the right side symbols in a line.
Top Prize: A winning bet only occurs
when the player matches any three out of the nine symbols. The symbols do not
have to appear within the same line.
Game Controls
Buy Card: Click the button to purchase one card and start the game.
Reveal All: Click to reveal all section simultaneously
Buy Again: Click the button if you want to play the same game type again.
