• The ‘Freebet’ promotion is only available to eligible Bet9ja customers who received the invitation via email, SMS or pop-up.
• The promotion is available on any pre-match, live-betting and combined sports events.
• The Freebet can be used on single, multiple and combined bet slips.
• Freebets can be accessed on the drop-down menu after clicking on ‘My Account’ at the top right of the Bet9ja Sports Homepage.
• Freebets will appear in the ‘Bonus & Freebets – Active tab’, where users can find the amount and expiration date. Users can check the availability criteria by clicking on the ‘(i)’ button.
• The Freebet can be placed only after all elements of the required criteria are met.
• Any placed bet must feature the entire amount of the single Freebet (not cumulative Freebet/Bonus).
• Expired Freebets will appear in ‘Bonus & Freebets – History’.
• Winnings can only be withdrawn after any winnings bet using the Freebet has been settled.
• The Freebet cannot be combined with real money.
• The winnings will be calculated as winnings minus Freebet stake.
• Bet9ja reserves the right to cap the winnings a player can obtain from Freebets.
• Bet9ja reserves the right to customise which sports events are included in the Freebet betting requirements.
• Bet9ja reserves the right to suspend access to the account, reclaim any Freebet winnings or cancel the promotion if any of Freebet Terms and Conditions are breached and/or there is suspicion/evidence of any abuse, including attempts to use more than one Freebet in the same time or a system error.
• Bet9ja reserves the right to amend the Freebets terms and conditions or cancel the promotion if deemed necessary in its opinion. The circumstances to alter or amend the bonus rules is required by law.
