How to Withdraw

 NOTE: You can withdraw the funds into the registered bank account only. No other payment methods can be used to withdraw the funds.

 Step 1: Login to your Bet9ja Account with your username and password and choose ‘Withdraw’ from the ‘My Account’ menu.

Step 2: Before proceeding, kindly note that the bank account holder name must match your Bet9ja Account personal registration details. Failure to comply with this will result in your Account being suspended until proof of ID and bank statement showing your ownership of the entered bank account has been submitted and verified.

Step 3: To register the bank account under your Account , please go to ‘Manage Bank Account’ and select ‘Add Bank Account’

Please note, when adding a new bank account you must verify your account first by following the steps here.

Step 4: Fill in your accurate   bank details in the boxes.

Step 5: Once the bank account has been registered, click on ‘Withdrawal’ in the ‘My Account’ menu, type the amount to withdraw and select the bank account number from the drop down list.

Step 6:  Click on ‘Make Withdrawal’ button to confirm. Please note  the minimum amount you can withdraw is N1,000.

Step 7: You will be prompted to choose either SMS or  e-mail as  the method to receive an OTP (one time password) required to authenticate your withdrawal request.

Step 8: Once the correct OTP has been entered, the withdrawal will be requested.
